Reading Ambassadors

Our School Library

Every Wednesday during lunchtime, our amazing Reading ambassadors meet to talk about books, share books and discuss ways in which we can encourage others to read. Our main aim is to promote reading for pleasure within school and to share our love of reading with everyone!

We facilitate many events such as:

Ordering books,

Tidying up the library

Keeping the Ready Reader trolleys neat and well-stocked as well as checking that the book corners in the classrooms are appealing, well-used and loved!

We enjoy working with other leadership groups to promote their subjects too such as organising the Science section with the Science ambassadors and creating a designated British Values area with the School Council.
