Hire Our School
We welcome External Providers to hire our school facilities in the evenings and during the holiday periods. Should you require any information or prices, please contact Mrs Bates, the School Business Manager, who will be happy to help you.
Useful information -
All hirers must have adequate Public Liability Insurance in place. This can be purchased through the school for 10% of the hire charge if you do not have sufficient cover of your own in place.
A hire form must be completed which can be found below. Should an activity pose a risk, then a risk assessment must be completed and a copy given to the school office.
School has an obligation to check any safeguarding procedures, and will be happy to work with you to ensure everyone is following appropriate guidelines.
Finally, if you are bringing electrical equipment onto the school site, it is necessary for this to be PAT tested.
You may require the use of other areas of the school such as the field. We can discuss bespoke pricing for specific requirements. We look forward to hearing from you and welcoming you to St Joseph's.
